Photography

Any photographs and testimonials will be used only with the clients consent.  
If agreed at the consultation, before and after photographs will be taken

Disclaimer

Dulwich Decluttering advise you (the “Client”) on decluttering and organising. We do not accept any responsibility for any action the Client might take after any advice given

We will handle all items with extreme care.  In case of accidental damage or loss, the Client acknowledges that Dulwich Decluttering will not be held liable

Limits

We will not move any large or heavy items of furniture

A 30 minute break will be taken every 4 hours

We are happy to source cleaning services, maintenance companies and  furniture removal companies

We can also help find suitable storage units if needed

Cancellation

Both the Client and Dulwich Decluttering Service have the right to cancel the contract at any time by giving 7 days’ notice

If the Client cancels 48 hours or less before agreed date and the appointment is not rescheduled within a week of cancellation, the client will be charged 70% of the full amount
